Pat Taphorn began his career with James Unland & Co., Inc. in 1989 in an Accounting and Operations position and moved into a sales role in 1994. He took over as President in January of 2016 and still has agent responsibilities. He oversees all four agency locations. The agency provides Commercial & Personal P&C, Life, Health and Employee Benefits and financial services.

Kevin started in the industry at his father’s agency. In 2013, he took over as president of the agency and in 2015, bought out both partners. Currently, Kevin is the COO of Arachas Group, a Keystone Partner.

Nick Gunn started his career in 2006 at Nixon Insurance Agency, Inc. Established in 1964, Nixon Insurance Agency offers home, auto, life, health and business insurance. After a brief stint at another agency, Nick made his way back to Nixon Insurance Agency and became part owner and Vice President of Commercial Insurance.

Noele Tatlock has spent eight years in the insurance industry and joined Unland in October of 2019 as an agent in Personal Lines and Small Business. The agency provides Commercial & Personal P&C, Life, Health & Employee Benefits, and financial services.

Cindy Jackman began her career in insurance in 1984. After 34 years on the agency side, she joined Arlington/Roe as the Central/Southern IL Marketing Manager and enjoys helping independent agents enhance and grow their agencies.
